Rule 69O-170.0155 is amended to update the list of forms, removing unnecessary forms, and updating titles and revision dates. It is also amended to update rulemaking authority citations. Form OIR-B1-1802 is amended to update the fixtures or construction techniques demonstrated to reduce windstorm loss considering the 2024 Residential Wind-Loss Mitigation Study.

Rule 69O-170.017 is amended to ensure it applies to all residential property insurance rate filings filed on or after January 1, 2026, and to require property insurers make new filings between June 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026, to reflect the requirements of the rule. It is also amended to update title and revision dates of the forms setting forth the discounts to be applied by the property insurers, and to specify that the discounts are based on the 2024 Residential Wind-Loss Mitigation Study. Further, Rule 69O-170.017 is amended to update rulemaking authority citations. Forms OIR-B1-1699 and OIR-B1-1700 are amended to update discounts considering the 2024 Residential Wind-Loss Mitigation Study.
